1. Order Confirmation
All Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through a call, SMS, or WhatsApp before shipment. This helps us ensure the order details are correct.
Orders that are not confirmed may be canceled.
2. Payment at Delivery
For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery to the courier representative.
Please ensure the exact or correct amount is ready when receiving the parcel.
3. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason, we may:

4. Parcel Inspection
We recommend recording a video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery to ensure transparency in case of any damage during shipping.
