Refund & Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied. However, because marble items are delicate and handmade, we follow a clear return and refund process.

When Returns or Refunds Are Allowed

You can request a return or refund only if:

  • The item arrives broken or damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item

How to Report a Problem

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • Clear photos or videos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
      are required as proof

Refund Process

  • Once we review and approve your claim:
    • We may send a replacement, or
    • Issue a refund if replacement is not possible
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

When Returns or Refunds Are NOT Accepted

  • If the item has been used
  • If damage happens after delivery
  • If the complaint is made after 24 hours
  • If the issue is related to:
    • Natural color variation
    • Marble veins or patterns
    • Small natural marks in stone

These are natural features of marble, not defects.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.
