Refund & Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied. However, because marble items are delicate and handmade, we follow a clear return and refund process.
When Returns or Refunds Are Allowed
You can request a return or refund only if:
- The item arrives broken or damaged, or
- You receive the wrong item
How to Report a Problem
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Clear photos or videos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
are required as proof
Refund Process
- Once we review and approve your claim:
- We may send a replacement, or
- Issue a refund if replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
When Returns or Refunds Are NOT Accepted
- If the item has been used
- If damage happens after delivery
- If the complaint is made after 24 hours
- If the issue is related to:
- Natural color variation
- Marble veins or patterns
- Small natural marks in stone
These are natural features of marble, not defects.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.
